Refund and Exchange Policy
We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or report an issue.
Customer Error (Incorrect Purchase)
If the product was purchased incorrectly by the customer, we can facilitate an exchange provided that we receive a written notification via email within a maximum of 7 days from delivery.

Conditions: The erroneously ordered goods must be returned at the buyer's care and expense.

Costs: All shipping costs and any potential customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

No Refunds: Please note that no monetary refunds will be issued for customer errors; we only provide an exchange for the correct item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return/Exchange

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues (Our Error)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If we have shipped the incorrect goods or if items are missing compared to the order placed, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the package.

Requirement: Your email must include a written report and attached photos of the incorrect goods.

Resolution: It will be our responsibility to send the correct or missing merchandise as per the original order at no additional cost to you.
